Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
-No returns or exchanges will be accepted past 30 days.(NO EXCEPTIONS)
-Items must be in their original condition, unused condition, including all original tags.
-Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a Return or Exchange
-In the event that your order was shipped for FREE, but returns were made which dropped your total charge to below the required $75, a $7.50 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
-If you are returning an item because of an error that we made please call us at 800-284-3115 to arrange for an e-tag which will pay for your return shipping costs.

FOR EXCHANGES
-Please include $6.00  for cover part of the shipping and handling back to you.
-Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a Return or Exchange.

REFUSAL OF PACKAGE
If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
