Manufacturing our towels in our own San Diego facility enables Pinecrest Mills to offer some of the industries fastest lead times, while maintaining complete control of our quality. Our decision to use "combed" cotton yarn results in less lint, a softer hand, added absorbency, and provides 20% more strength than the commonly used "carded" yarn. In addition to using the most advanced equipment and finest raw materials, Pinecrest Mills takes it's finishing to a new level. After the towels are woven Pinecrest Mills processes the towels through 3 separate finishing steps resulting in an ultra soft velvet finish with an elegant sheen.
